Nap at the beach

Tim with his daughter Valerie are having a nice warm relaxing nap at the beach.
Too bad Tim forgot to put on sunscreen :3

Well, this took forever to make. I had the sketch drawn out for months, and I finally got to it a few days ago.
It would have been done sooner if |I had remembered to save before photoshop decided to crash.

Anyways, this is the first real picture of Tim that I have finished. And it's the first picture of Valerie too >w<

Pardon the emoticons, but these two are so flippin' cute, you don't even know.

I had fun trying new colouring techniques on this one, learned a few tips and found some new, interesting brushes! it's hard to draw sand nicely, that's for sure.
